Important Notice For Parents & Guardians (Offline Process)

In strict accordance with the Directorate of School Education, Govt. of West Bengal, all student admissions and form submissions are conducted offline directly at the school administrative counter. There is NO public online admission payment or online form submission on this website.

Official Guidelines

Admissions 2025 - 2026 Academic Session

Admissions to Classes V through IX are conducted strictly as per the lottery and reservation guidelines stipulated by the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal. Class XI Higher Secondary admissions commence immediately after the publication of Madhyamik Pariksha results according to stream-wise cut-off marks and merit lists. *Note for Parents: This portal is informational. No online admission fees or forms are accepted via public submission here. Please collect official paper admission tokens and prospectuses from the school counter during official working hours.*

Class V to Class IX Admissions

As per the Right to Education (RTE) mandate and Department of School Education notifications, admission to primary intake (Class V) is conducted via open computerised lottery under supervision of the Managing Committee and government representatives.

Age Criteria (As on 1st January of academic year):

Class V: 10+ years but less than 11 years
Class VI: 11+ years but less than 12 years
Class VII: 12+ years but less than 13 years
Class VIII: 13+ years but less than 14 years
Class IX: 14+ years but less than 15 years

Class XI Higher Secondary Streams Offered

Science Stream

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biological Science / Computer Science.

Commerce Stream

Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Commercial Law & Costing.

Humanities / Arts

History, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Sanskrit & Nutrition.

Documents Required

Please bring both originals (for verification) and self-attested photocopies during offline submission:

Original & Self-attested copy of Digital Birth Certificate
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous recognised school (For Class VI-IX & XI)
Official Progress Report / Marksheet of the qualifying examination
Original & Copy of Caste / EWS / BPL certificate (if claiming reservation)
Aadhaar Card of the Student and Parents/Guardian
Blood Group & Medical Fitness certificate by a Registered Medical Practitioner
3 recent passport-size colour photographs in formal attire
